Vice President Dr. Mahamud Bawumia has donated GHS 300,000 to help purchase five (5) incubators to hospitals in Ghana to Kokrokoo Charity Foundation.
Dr. Gideon Boako, Bawumia’s spokesperson, made the presentation to the Kwame Sefa Kayi, the head of the foundation.
Speaking at the presentation, Dr. Boako stated that inadequate incubators for the survival of pre-term babies at various hospitals motivated Dr. Bawumia to support the project.
Kokrooko charities thanked Dr. Bawumia and lauded him for his benevolence.
The Vice President is known for helping the aged, needy and sick through various ways to alleviate their suffering.

Project 100 was founded by Broadcast Journalist, Kwami Sefa Kayi in 2014 to help, among other things, reduce infant mortality in Ghana through the purchase and installation of 100 incubators across hospitals in Ghana.
