Inter Tribal Football Gala: Wangara hold Kotokoli to a stalemate draw

Kotokoli were held to a pulsating goalless draw by Wanagara in the matchday six of the Inter Tribal Football Gala on Monday.

Both team started brightly, and Kotokoli should have taken an early lead when Bature set up Saana, whose saved by the keeper.

Minutes later, Wangara had an opportunity to break the deadlock but squandered the chance as Kotokoli kissed their luck in the first half hour of the game.

After the break, Wangara came back strongly looking likely to score.

Amando was denied by the crossbar before Abeiku’s effort was saved by the goalkeeper.

Kotokoli also came close on several occasions but couldn’t find the back of the net as the two teams shared the spoils at the Aboabo Middle Park.

Tbe matchday 7 will see Hausa come to face with Zabarma in group D.
