Black Star defender Baba Rahman donates customised exercise books to school children in Tamale

Ghana defender Baba Abdul Rahman has donated customized exercise books and some other learning materials to some selected schools in Tamale, in support of their education.

About 8,000 exercise books and other learning materials, like pens and pencils, were distributed to the various schools in the Northern Region.

Schools such as Anabariya Primary, Fatuh Mubin, Yong Dakpema Primary, and Our Lady of Fatima Primary are the beneficiaries of the donation.

Some of the schools also received jerseys, bibs, and footballs in addition to the learning materials.

The gesture is intended to assist parents in the provision of learning materials to their children and also to ease their burdens.

The donation was done on behalf of the player by his elder brother, Alhaji Sule Baba, and some family members.

Baba Abdul Rahman has featured in 16 games for Reading in the ongoing Sky Bet Championship.
