Match Report: Nima beat Fadama to set up final clash with New Town

Nima have beating Fadama 2-1 in penalty shootouts in their Semi Final clash, picking a showdown with New Town in the Grand Finale of the maiden African Games Zongo Football.

None of the teams could claim victory within regulation time with the tie heading for penalties.

However, scoring opportunities were not in short supply within the 60 minutes as both teams created a number of chances which they failed to convert.

Fadama’s No.10 had tested the strength of the goalpost with a ferocious drive from 25 yards out.

Ibrahim Fuseini converted the first kick for Nima in a race to winning the battle.
